All organizations are made up of introverts and extroverts.

In many of these organizations, introverts often feel excluded, overlooked and misunderstood. On the other hand, extroverts can get confused and frustrated in trying to communicate with their quieter colleagues.

Jennifer is a champion for introverts and draws upon stories and research from her new book, The Introverted Leader. She shows introverts how to build on their quiet strength to work with, not against, who they are.

During this half-day workshop, Jennifer Kahnweiler will:

• Provide clarification on the characteristics and challenges of Introverts.
• Share methods and tools to help Introverts move forward in their work environment.
• Help extroverts better understand introverts, resulting in stronger and more effective teams.
