10:00 –10:15   Welcome and Overview of Day’s Agenda and Purpose

10:15 –11:00   Keynote: Hansford Johnson - Insights on the current hiring market and tactical approaches we (Employers and Colleges) can explore to implement better diversity recruitment and professional develpment strategies

11:00 –11:15   Break

11:15 –12:15   Breakout Discussion by Role (CC Directors, Career Counselors, Career Center Recruiting Teams, College Recruiters) to discuss challenges and best practices surrounding diversity and inclusion initiatives

12:15 –1:30   Lunch Table Discussion with mixed professionals to continue the conversation with focus on most impactful initiatives, observations, revelations, and opportunity for collaboration

1:30 –2:00   Next Steps in Creating White Paper for participants including contact info for programs, events, and opportunities for the coming year

2:00  Dismissal
