The 2016 Recruiting Trends Drive-In Workshop will be led by Dr. Phil Gardner, Director of the Collegiate Employment Research Institute at Michigan State University. During the workshop, Dr. Gardner will report on the Institute's annual Recruiting Trends survey, which received responses from over 5,000 employers. The analysis will provide insights into the employment outlook for college-level positions over the next 12 months, including:
- Talent supply and demand by major, job function, geographic location
- Salary and sign-on bonus trends by job function, industry, and degree level
- Demand for talent by economic sector, organization size, and region
- Review of forces shaping and influencing college hiring in 2015-2016
- Benchmark data for internship and co-op conversions and full-time acceptance yields
Be among the first to have access to this data and to be informed on the trends that will undoubtedly impact your organization's ability to successful source and recruit talent for open roles this fall and in 2016.
