All reservation requests require a credit card to secure the reservation. Cancellations or changes received seven days or more before arrival date will be accepted without charge. Cancellations or changes received six days or less prior to your arrival date will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax. This policy includes cancellation of any portion of stay, even if part of reservation is kept. Please record and keep your cancellation number as “No-Show” reservations will be charged at 100% of the daily rate of the reservation for the entire reserved stay. Please note: All sleeping room rates are subject to current Taxes and a Resort Service Fee. The fee is $25 per room per night. The fee is subject to tax of 7% for a total of $26.75 per day. Guest is responsible for making reservations for any and all activities prior to arrival to ensure availability. Refunds will not be provided due to lack of availability.
