His story from college to professional leagues and today’s entrepreneurial and author experiences, will provide an inspirational inside of a man with a dream in a diverse but singular society.

The Impact of Diversity and Inclusion in The Workhouse and Schoolhouse
Schoolhouse: Prioritizing diversity and inclusion in higher education provides advancement opportunity for underrepresented communities. Exposure to diverse backgrounds and perspectives improves academic achievement for students of all backgrounds, including critical thinking skills and academic self-confidence.
Workhouse: To build and sustain an increasingly diverse teams, organizations needs to adopt more inclusive behaviors. Fostering the psychological safety environment might increase productivity and trust.
Dr. Dauda Griffin will provide a psychological view on these topics and his experiences working with a diverse population, as a professional, faculty, and a leader in the corporate world.
