CHANGES TO REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Any changes to your registration (i.e., number of representatives attending, electricity, company description, etc.) must be made By October 1. Please email your changes to the Statewide Career Fair Committee at careerfair@gace.org.

Please note that the information you provided during the registration process will be used for our electronic event app. We expect the event app to go live in Early Fall will update the app weekly with company information. Company information will be uploaded to the app after payment has been received.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you will be shipping materials for this event, ship directly to the Cherry Convention Services, our Career Fair Exhibition Vendor:

Shipments may arrive at Cherry starting on September 30 and should be delivered no later than October 18.

A number of hotels/motels are located in the immediate vicinity of the Cobb Galleria.

EVENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

• GACE reserves the right to refuse employer participation based on industry representation and space availability.
• No soliciting or sales of goods or services will be allowed.
• Fees are non-refundable after 12:00 pm (Noon), October 21, 2024
• Payment is due by 12:00 pm (Noon), Monday, October 21, 2024. If payment is not made by this date, or accommodations have not been made with the career fair committee chair and treasurer, your registration will be forfeited.
• For companies registering after 12:00 pm (Noon), Monday, October 21, 2024, payment will be due within 24 hours of registration. If payment is not made within 24 hours of registration, or accommodations have not been made with the career fair committee chair and treasurer, your registration will be forfeited.
• In case of event cancellation or facility closure, all fees will be applied to next year's fair. The day for the 2025 event will be announced in spring 2025.
