Job Summary
The Associate Director plays a strategic role in enhancing student development and engagement by designing and executing educational initiatives, fostering stakeholder collaboration, and managing programs with data-informed approaches. This position is responsible for delivering impactful learning experiences, facilitating instructional sessions, and supporting outreach efforts with internal and external partners. A key aspect of the role includes leading structured programming that supports student growth and measurable outcomes. Assist in setting employee performance goals, contributing to performance evaluations, providing developmental feedback, and supporting compensation recommendations in alignment with departmental objectives.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience
Six or more years of relevant experience, including four or more years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
Preferred Related Experience :
o Familiarity with career services platforms
o Experience teaching or co-teaching in a college setting
o Comfort using data to inform decisions and report outcomes
o Knowledge of undergraduate business education and/or the business recruiting landscape
